"Discovered late at night that the lock on the window was broken. Within 10 minutes the hotel had staff had assigned us another room right next to us. I have a problem walking and they were very quick to ensure that I had a groundfloor room close to the lobby.
When I had trouble using the phone (my fault) the person on duty at the desk came to our room to dial the number in case the phone did not work - which it did but I did not dial correctly.

"Generally a good place to stay, the styles and layout of the rooms are nice.
However I would have preferred a non-smoking room, but due to the occupancy rate this particular weekend that wasn’t possible. They appear to have equal amounts of smoking and non-smoking rooms, when I feel that the non-smoking rooms should out number the smoking rooms.
Again, given the high occupancy, fellow guests were rowdy and incorrigible to keep the noise down, and staff did not assist.
On a scale of 1-10 I would rate my stay a "6", not good and not bad."

"This was just a quiet time away from business, customers, and phones.
I wanted some time to relax in a location with a hottub and pool. The facilities were great. My only comment would be that the water in the hottub could have been a little hotter. I would return any time."
