"When we first arrived at the hotel I got drilled with questions, and the representative didn't seem to believe I was who I was! She then proceeded to try and charge me again for the room which I found frustrating. Later on my girlfriend and I wanted a bottle of water and we were told there was only one pop machine in the hotel, when we went there it was out of order! The representative we asked did nothing or to suggest anything."

"We went to visit with our children, who don't live with us, but wanted to take an oppurtunity to have fun at a hotel that had a pool.
Pool was not very clean. Hot tub was shut down for cleaning Saturday when we went down and again on Sunday when we went down to use it. Why could they not do the clean up maintenance on the "pool closed" hours of the day or night? This took away from the enjoyment with the kids. The area was fine as we found things to do, away from the hotel, which we could also have done even if we had stayed somewhere else. Hotel rated 1 to 10, "6""
