Most of the reviews used in this analysis were positive, however, some negative comments did surface. These comments regarded the lack of on-site restaurant, the check-in times, difficulty finding the resort and the rooms.
Several guests were unaware that there was no restaurant on site, and were disappointed when they arrived.
Some guests felt the resort would be better for long stays, as the check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. These guests felt that these times did not give them enough opportunity to enjoy the facilities.
A few guests had difficulty finding the resort, apparently due to a lack of proper signage.
While far more guests complimented the cleanliness of the rooms, a few guests did mention that they found hairs and dirt in their bathrooms which displeased them.
