"Disappointing; depressing accommodation."
"Unfortunately there was not much good to say. There were a couple of men sitting at the front door on lawn chairs which we found odd; the front desk clerk was rather odd...she first told me my reservation was booked with an Amex card and I do not have an Amex card. Their advertised "Gift Shop" is two vending machines in an alcove with a sign over it that says "Gift Shop"; none of the ice machines work; their advertised "in room movies" do not exist; the beds were very hard; when I asked the front desk clerk for more towels she gave me two and told me there were no more; there was one small packet of shampoo in the bathroom...barely enough for one person. I could go on and on....
I had to leave early in the morning but my family tells me that the morning desk clerk was very nice. (I wanted to say something nice!!!)"

"I will never stay at this hotel again. Even though it was the cheapest hotel in the area and somewhat convenient to shops and restaurants, it was dated, dingy and really needed some updating..."

"I was doing the King city Antique Show it was conveient and the weekend hectic and the hotel and staff and service were a wonderful service after long hours at the show and we were extremely pleased with the staff the room and all the amenities oofered thanks. Will return next year and will book the hotel for the show dates which will be the end of April of next year. Sincerely David Wells some other time antiques"

"Someone else's socks were left in the room....so how well was it cleaned before I arrived is what concerned me. Secondly, I have stayed there frequently (Southdown Institute connection). This time I booked on line to save time and the room ended up costing me $30 more. I asked the man on line, and he said my"southdown" discount would not be less than the discount I got on line. Now I feel cheated which left a really negative feeling. N.Chambers"
