This hotel was showing its age, according to a number of guests. Hallways, carpets, bedding, linens, pillows, bathroom fixtures, tiles and drywall were all noted as needing particular attention.
A few guests complained of unpleasant odours coming from their rooms, some which had sourced from the carpets. A couple of other guests thought that their mattress was smelly. Some guests complained about lingering odours of cigarette smoke. A couple of other guests said the odours were musty.
