"Having a half tank of gas syphoned in the parking lot was more than a bit annoying. Location in what has become not the best area of town can't be changed but enhanced security would be appreciated. People extremely friendly and willing to assist with directions etc "

"I had 3 adults staying in the room. I asked the front desk gal for additional pillows and towels. Her response was you already have 4 towels! Then she responded that she would be unable to get me additional pillows until 11pm. I said forget it! Not very helpful to me. Patricia Mansfield"
