"The continental breakfast area in the lobby is MUCH MUCH to small, very crowded - only room for four or five people. Really needs to be improved if you are to compete with other hotels/motels offering the same breakfast deal for relatively the same price (thinking of the Super 8)."

"Odd smell in downstairs hallway - apples? very strong.
Elevator would have been good - Mother with us had difficulty with stairs.
Complimentary breakfast was a nice surprise.
Construction next door was messy looking.
Great difficulty getting across the street to the Kent store next door (walking).Dangerous crossing road.
Was nice to have a couch in the room.
Tub a bit hard to get out of - would have been nice to have a better grab bar."
