"Lacking in housekeeping but great service"
"I booked two rooms. Upon entering one there was an overpowering smell of vomit. Upon entering the other there was a dirty facecloth laying on the floor. We called front desk and they switched the smelly room for another room with no issues. Throughout the evening the kids discovered cheesies behind the curtains, cups, beer caps, deflated ballon, hockey stick and a homemade tape ball under the beds. Finally we met with the night manager and expressed our dissatisfaction. He was very good about it and refunded the price of both rooms and compd our breakfasts for the next morning. Although the lack of cleanliness made me a bit uneasy I will give this hotel another try as the desk service was excellent"

"Being from the US, we asked the front staff for directions a few times and found the directions to be either wrong or incomplete. We were given directions as if we knew where we were going which is not helpful. This, and the lack of AC in the restaurant, were the only complaints. Food and views were wonderful. Would stay again."

"There were kids playing in the hall and playing with the elevator. Holding it until the bell rang. A bit unecessary for the price charged."

"They might spend a little money on basic maintennce - peeling skid strips in the bathtub; old and frayed bath mats. They could use a new chef."
