Guests that spoke highly of the staff commonly said that they were “friendly” and/or “helpful.” Multiple guests also said that the employees were accommodating and dedicated to service.
Several guests approved of their guest rooms. They were commonly called “clean” or “comfortable” and many guests said that the suites were spacious. The Bad
Some guests who stayed at the hotel were not entirely satisfied.
Occasionally a guest thought that the hotel was noisy and either other guests or “hallway noise” was commonly blamed.
Many guests who had a sofa bed in their rooms claimed that they were quite uncomfortable. One guest, for example, recommended that they “be replaced” while another guest who was critical of the sofa bed's comfort indicated that he chose to sleep on his as a couch rather than as a pull-out.
Occasionally guests at the hotel complained about the parking situation at the property. These complaints were mainly because parking was not free. Lastly some guests were not satisfied with the breakfast at the hotel calling it “a little sparse” or “below par.”
