"Pleasant location and facility but very rustic. Thought this was a bit costly considering the overall condition, age of the property and amenities. If you like camping, you'll love the experience. If you're expecting a "resort" of US standards, you'll undoubtedly be disappointed."

"The hotel needs to be updated-only two electrical plug ins in the entire room and none in the bathroom! Our room was musty smelling, and the water tempurature hard to control in the shower. I thought the room was too costly for what we received. In order to get a simple hair dryer and extra towels I had to walk down to the office, sign them out and we had to wait for them to be delivered, which is usually a simple task, and i found that frusterating. The kids did enjoy your pool."

The scenic location of Mountain Gap Inn is an ideal place to spend your vacation. We have a variety of accommodations overlooking the beautiful Annapolis Basin, including private cottages, suites, family or honeymoon accommodations and motel units. Most of our cottages have a panoramic view of the water. Our restaurant features seaside dining with world famous Digby Scallops and Nova Scotia hospitality. The Inn offers a full range of recreational activities.(onsite attractions) heated pool, hot tub, tennis , play ground, beautiful gardens, giant chess board, bike and walking trails, gift shop,dining room, pub, 2 conference rooms and a Chapel. Nearby attractions include whale watching charters, historic towns and gardens, Upper Clements Theme Park. Many enjoyable hours can be spent exploring our private beach digging for clams or just relaxing in front of a bonfire.
