The Bad
Based on the reviews used for this analysis, guests had more negative than positive things to say about this hotel. They were particularly unhappy with the state of the decor and with unpleasant odours in the rooms.

This hotel was worn down, according to several guests, who felt that decor was aging and that widespread updates were in order. Worn carpets, linens, shabby furniture, old beds, peeling paint and wallpaper and bathrooms were noted as needing particular attention. Guests said that the exterior of the hotel was in need of some updating as well.

Some complained of musty odours in the rooms.

Noise disturbance was an issue for a few guests, who complained about thin walls, and who were bothered by noise coming from adjacent rooms. They could hear TVs and conversations in detail. Several guests complained about loud, rattling air-conditioning units.

Price was way too expensive for a number of reviewers, although it seems that the new management has brought the price down.
