Several positive compliments were offered about the hotel's location. Guests found it to be close to the Civic Centre, Walmart, Loblaws and highway access. It was also mentioned the hotel was a convenient overnight stop on the way to the North Sydney Ferry.
The hotel's staff were praised by some reviewers, who characterized them as helpful, polite and courteous.
