The Bad
While there were a number of positive reviews among those used for this analysis, it seemed that guests had almost as many complaints or suggestions for improvements. Most commonly, they commented on troubles locating the hotel and on the continental breakfast.

A couple of guests commented on the lack of signage outside the hotel and said that it was difficult to locate. While many guests said that the interior of the hotel was in good repair, several suggested that the outside needed some attention. Guests commented on the front door and entryway in particular.

A number of guests complained about the continental breakfast and said that it mostly consisted of boxes of cereal and coffee. They would have liked to see a greater selection of food.

While a number of guests thought that the rooms were well appointed, there were a few deficiencies that guests pointed out. Some guests thought that the rooms suffered from a lack of lamps and a general lack of light. Another guest was not impressed with the old TV.
