"The biggest problem with the stay at the hotel was the Dining Room. The service the night we were there was AWFUL. Waitress ignored us and the dinner for six people took over three hours, not because we were dining continentally, but because we couldn't get waited on. The food was great when it finally arrived. The gentleman who was on duty as maitre d that evening also seemed to have had a bad day and was really taking it out on the customers. Not a good thing. Except for this problem, the rest of the stay was fine. However, this problem certainly made me think twice about recommending the hotel to others. This has not been a problem in the past (we have stayed at the hotel on two other occasions) but it certainly was this time."
