The Bad
There were a few complaints and nitpicks found online.

Some guests found the rooms facing Argyle street to be noisy late at night from live bands and rowdy people leaving the bars. There was also some construction noise during the day, which is common for the downtown area currently.

Parking had a lower clearance and was a little tight for some drivers, being underground, but guests usually found it very accessible.

The breakfast area was small and felt a little crowded for some, although others said it was well managed.

Occasionally a guest would say they missed having a pool or hot tub on site, but reviewers said they were offered the use of a pool at a sister hotel.

Other complaints found were: sofabed needed a new mattress and business centre has only one computer that prints to the printer at the front desk.
