"I like the location , it is close to everything I require on my trips there. I think anyone that has pets should be located all in the same wing of the hotel."

"WHERE is this hotel?"
"We had trouble finding this location - it's in Clayton Park/Bedford, not Bayers Lake, as the hotel name suggests. If we'd known that, we'd have booked elsewhere. I even emailed the hotel after online booking to make sure it was at Bayers Lake or near the Business Park, and 2 email replies from the hotel assured me it was, even though the location map stated otherwise. So a long unexpected detour and then unfamiliar drives to our destinations downtown. The day staff were completely unresponsive to this issue when we checked in. However, when I spoke to the night manager later, he did acknowledge the problem and apologized on the hotel's behalf. This mis-naming is the fault of the chain, not the hotel staff. I strongly suggest a change. The room was very comfortable and clean, although the layout was terrible - one large nightstand and barely room to get around the other side of the king-sized bed, which was up against the air conditioner/heating unit. The pool opens early (5:30 am) which is a plus. The breakfast was plentiful and the staff there were very good. Parking space may be at a premium when the hotel is full. A comfortable stay, and no complaints once we got over the location issue."

"Extra night discount and breakfast variety."
"We had a running toilet in the next room the first night, the staff was fast at finding the problem and correcting it the next day. The only thing that would have been nice is a discount for the extra night we needed to stay for the inconvenience of not sleeping the first night's stay. A more variety of foods would be great at breakfast, maybe some muffins or pastries of some kind would be nice."

"The pool wasn't deep enough and the breakfast was poor with very little to choose from. Also the cleaners come knocking to early."

"For the price, I deserved better"
"if you have kids and don't mind noise, it was fine. However, my husband and I made several calls to the desk between the hours of 11pm and 1 am because children were running up and down hallways banging on doors, banging the fire exit doors, etc. Seemed the staff didn't really care. when I pay as much as i did per night, I expect quiet time past 11 pm to be enforced."

"Overall everything was very good and I would have no hesitation in booking a future stay. Think you shoud have a better arrangement in the breakfast room with regard to your waste bins. There should be one clearly marked for all the recycleable material, which seemed to go into the general garbage bin!"
