The Bad
Negative reviews for this hotel were rare as the hotel was quite highly rated. Most guest concerns seemed to be isolated, although there were some hints of possible weak points with the hotel.

Other negative comments mentioned the lack of room-service during the Christmas holidays, limited selection of equipment in the fitness centre, unreliable Internet service, and inconsistent/fluctuating guest room temperatures.
