"The only complaint (and I would hardly call it a complaint in reality, more of a observation), was that the check in associate said the crib we requested was all set up set to go in the room, and it was not. We had to set it up. While I don't personally find this a big problem, I think the information given should be a bit more accurate, or, the housekeeping department should have actually set up the crib. We enjoyed our stay, and the hotel was excellent."

"I asked for a non-smokers room and to my delight, the entire section was for non-smokers.
I will surely look forward to make reservation again.
Than you."

"I pretty much enjoyed my stay at the hotel, however I had my 18 and half daughter with me and could not enjoy any of the restaurants around the Casino. On one occassion my daughter told me to go to one of the restaurants while she ordered room service - so I had to eat alone at the restaurant. I think this can be improved by having a section closed off with excess from the outside for familys with minors."

"When we booked in we were under the assumption that parking was free as we were there to gamble. We were never told at any time we had to pay as we discussed parking at the book in desk. Sometime through the night a parking bill was put under our door rather sheepishly I might add. With all the advertising in the room, ie; guides placemats etc. which said free parking when you gamble we assumed that parking was free. We should have been properly notified at the time of book in that parking was an added charge and not free. We were not impressed and we will be sure to let all friends know."
