"I am a frequent traveller and have stayed at the future inns in the past. At 8:00 a.m. during my stay, the hotel handy man decided he was going to repair things in room 110. We were staying in room 109. The noise was unbearable and we could not sleep. I was extremely disappointed as I have never had trouble like this in the past. As a result of this occurence, I will not stay at the Future Inns moving forward. It is the hotels responsibility to make sure that maintenence and repairs are complete in the afternoon and not during periods of time where people are sleeping."
