The front desk can provide a rollaway bed upon request, as well as wake-up calls. Guests can make free local calls and each guest room includes a cable television and movie services.
The GoodGuests at the Future Inns liked the convenience of having a restaurant located inside the hotel. Several guests dined at the restaurant. These guests described the food as "very good" and they felt that the service was excellent.
The friendly hotel staff were praised by a large number of guest reviewers. Some guests mentioned that the staff responded to requests in a pleasant and swift manner. Some guests also felt that the staff displayed a positive attitude. A few reviewers described the staff as "accommodating" and one reviewer praised the hotel for allowing him to check-in early.

The Bad
The primary complaint voiced by some guest reviewers revolved around the noise level. There were complaints of doors slamming, noise in the hallways, as well as loud talking from surrounding guest rooms.
Some guests also felt that the decor and furniture were a little dated in the guest rooms. These guests didn't like the tube television in their rooms and would had preferred a flat screen television.
