The Bad

Several guests complained about a dirty or stained carpet in their room. Some others complained about ventilation problems that could not be fixed because the windows wouldn't open.
Parking concerns were commonly expressed in reviews as well. Many guests were disappointed that vehicle parking service was not included in the room rate. Guests varied somewhat on what they said they paid but all gave a number between $17 and $20 per day. Some guests felt that the parking spots were too tight and one guest blamed the garage for damage to his/her vehicle.
