Numerous patrons paid compliments to the friendly and professional customer service at this hotel. A couple of guests said that they were greeted by name by staff throughout the property, while another reviewer said the staff were attentive and responded to his needs quickly. One impressed guest stated that the hotel staff "assisted (him/her) with all (his/her) needs and provided...above and beyond service."
Another common compliment was the size and cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms. Most guests found their rooms spacious and the beds comfortable. A few guests also described their rooms as quiet and well appointed.
