"This has to be the best place to stay in Halifax. Hotel feels like new. Staff is very helpful to tourists, and it is only a couple blocks from many restaurants and bars and shops, etc..."

"Our room was spacious and nicely appointed, the bed comfortable, the bathroom fresh and very clean, and a view of the wharf from our window -- what more could you ask for?"

"We had the unfortunate situation of unruly guests across the hall from our suite. They were partying well into the early hours of the morning. I called the front desk and management took immediate and resultant action that resolved the problem."

"There was a problem with the thermostat- it was cool in the room and the thermostat didn't appear to be working. We forgot to mention it when we checked out.
People who worked at the hotel were friendly and very helpful."
