"Rooms were very nice, pool amenities were fabulous and the bar was super nice. We would recommend this to anyone staying in Halifax as it was also an awesome rate and an $8 cab ride to the harbour."

"Great location, underground parking. Rooms are comfortable. All the staff very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant could use a little decor and menu lift. Being winter there was a cold draft in all the hallways and in the bar area; were also told there is no insulation in the elevator shaft. Had to wear my coat. Good value for the money."

"not enough parking on site.was directed to park at hospital.This meant crossing a busy 4 lane road to get to the hotel.It was difficult when you are nearly 80 years old."

"The Holiday Inn was excellent and made our holiday in Nova Scotia.
We had some personal trouble during our stay, and the desk manager Brandon Levy went out of his way to help us in this matter. If he is typical of your staff then you have nothing to worry about.
We would also like to say that the house maid, Margaret, kept the room clean and tidy every day and was very friendly.
We will definitely be staying with you on our next visit in 2005, and could you possibly confirm that I have a Priority Club card.

"The first night we stayed they had a complimentary poolside BBQ. The Mgmt staff schmoozed with the guests, which was quite enjoyable as we were first-timers to Nova Scotia."
