Too expensive

We arrived by car and could not park in front to check-in as the courtesy van and 4 non-used handicapped spaces prevented access The check-in itself was slow as three people helped one person check in while I waited in line. The room was nice and clean, quiet and comfortable. However the tiles around the tub were missing some grout and looked shabby. The location is great and for that reason makes the hotel a decent place to stay.
