Many guests complimented their accommodations at this hotel. They described their rooms as spacious, modern, well-equipped and clean, with comfortable beds and linens and thick towels.
The hotel's value was praised by numerous reviewers. The free shuttle service (described as efficient and reliable) and the included breakfast (described as extensive and tasty) were cited as factors which contributed to the hotel's worth. These guests also reported reasonable room rates and good-value long-term parking packages.
Several lodgers were pleased with the customer service they received. They characterized the staff as friendly and available when needed.
The Bad

A few patrons were disappointed with the hotel's pool. They described it as small and too cold, and these guests were also disappointed there was no hot tub available.
The hotel's visibility was a source of discontent for a few guests driving to the hotel. They described having difficulty finding the hotel's road, and that there was not enough signage to guide them properly to the location.
