"My comfort level was not high at this hotel from the minute I pulled up. The hotel is located in what feels like a dingy area of town across from a shabby-looking drive-up motel. It seemed like there were many people coming in and out of the lobby at night, possibly going to the bar adjacent to the hotel. The picture on this hotel's website is much more appealing than it is in reality. There is very limited parking (and no grassy areas, which is important, if like me, you are travelling with dogs). Even though I had reserved a couple of days in advance through Canadian Hotel Guide, all of my reservation information, except for my name, was incorrect -- my address, phone number, province, country and credit card information were all incorrect and the person checking me in was not able to change it entirely in the system. Again, my comfort level went down, although this is probably the fault of Canadian Hotel Guide as opposed to the hotel itself."

"Our room was clean and comfortable - all lights, etc worked. The coffee and cookies (biscuits) in the room were a nice touch. Would have liked hot chocolate for my husband though, since he doesn't drink coffee. We were only staying 1 night due to a very early a.m. flight so didn't have much time to become familiar with the area. The restaurant in hotel was a bit stuffy for our mood - but would be a nice place if you felt like dressing up and spending some $$! Their breakfast starts at 8:00 am, so no breakfast for us since we left at 5:00 am."
