This budget-friendly hotel is situated in north Dartmouth and is about 2 minutes' drive from the Circumferential Highway (Highway 111) which is a major thoroughfare in Dartmouth. This hotel is well suited to guests looking for kitchenettes and spacious accommodation at less expensive room rates, and for travellers looking to explore the Halifax-Dartmouth area by car.

This hotel offers both smoking and non-smoking accommodations. All 56 rooms include free Wi-Fi, a kitchenette (microwave, mini-fridge and stove-top), a TV, a coffeemaker, free local calls, an iron and ironing board, a desk and air conditioning. Rooms are furnished with two double beds, one queen bed or one king bed.

Free parking is available on site and pets are not permitted.

A free breakfast is served daily from 6 am to 10 am.
