Overview
This hotel is located within a 5-minute walk of the Bay of Fundy and beach access. It is well suited for guests who seek seaside accommodations.

There are 10 rooms and five cottages at this hotel. Each hotel room has free Wi-Fi, a coffeemaker and a hair dryer. Some units and cottages come with dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, a refrigerator-stove unit and a toaster oven. Cottages have one or two separate bedrooms.

Dogs are allowed for a charge of $10 per night but must be leashed in public areas and cannot be left unattended. Dogs are allowed on nearby Mavillette Beach.

There is no on-site restaurant, but guests are offered a complimentary continental breakfast daily that includes homemade muffins. Off-site dining at The Seashore Restaurant and Blue Rock Lounge is about a 15-minute drive away. Grocery shopping is available in Yarmouth, about 25-minutes away by car, featuring a Sobey's, M&M Meat Shops, Shoppers Drug Mart, Atlantic Superstore and Bulk Barn. There is free parking available on site.

Mavillette Beach Provincial Park is under a 5-minute drive (or 20-minute walk) away. Beach access is less than a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The Good
Based on the reviews used for this analysis, most guests enjoyed their stays at this hotel and attributed their satisfaction to the hotel's location and to the customer service.

Guests really enjoyed that the hotel was located within close proximity to the ocean (less than a 5-minute walk to the beach). They commented about nice views, sounds of the surf and pleasant walks on the beach. Guests described the setting as picturesque and serene.

Rooms were cleaned with detail, according to guests. They said rooms were well cared for and of a comfortable size.

Several guests were impressed with the customer service and said that staff were hospitable, friendly and focused on meeting guest needs. Staff members were mentioned by name from guests with their thanks. 

A number of guests commented favourably on the quality and the selection of the food offered at the free continental breakfast. They said food was fresh and tasty. They talked about yummy homemade muffins and biscuits that stood out from standard continental breakfast fare.

There was a sense from several guests that there was good value received for the price that they paid for the room.
