"We were in a no smoking room, but the hallway smelled very strongly of smoke."

"Great stay! Highly recommend it."
"As a first time visitor to Bridgewater, this hotel is nicely located in the center of town, close to everything we needed for our stay, including a drug store and restaurants. The staff were very helpful and friendly."

"The hotel has great pillows and comfortable beds and is within walking distance of A&W, Tim's and a small mall. The customer service is great. Fridge in every room. Room was spacious and clean. The pool was closed one day ("mechanical difficulties") and the next day, it was full of toddlers getting swimming lessons and murky (not clear water at all) Not sure if this is a common thing. Parking is a nightmare as there is not enough parking for all the guests. You have to park on a dirt parking lot in back. Tips: stay on the main level as there is no elevator and stairs are steep. Get there early in the day so you can find a parking place. The king size bed rooms are much nicer than the queen bed rooms and about the same price. For the money, it is a pretty decent hotel to stay in. The staff go out of their way to help you. We would go back."

"The room was very cold when I walked in, and took a very long time to heat up and get comeforetable.
The restaurant took a long time to prepare the order, and never got the order correct."
