"Dreadful"
"BOOKED THE THE ROOM A MONTH AND A HALF "NON SMOKING". WHEN I ARRIVED THE CLERK SAYS SHE HAS A SMOKING ROOM FOR US AND EVERYTHING ELSE WAS BOOKED UP. HOW CAN THIS HAPPEN? WE WERE SO LOOKING FORWARD TO THIS WEEKEND > THE ROOM SMELT AWEFUL. IT WAS THE WORST ROOM I HAVE EVER STAYED IN. WE CHECKED EVERYWHERE THERE WASN'T A ROOM TO BE FOUND > THE FREBREEZE DID HELP A TINY < WHICH I HAD TO PURCHASE AFTER THE CLERK TOLD ME SHE NOTHING TO FRESHEN THE ROOM UP."

"You need to get your cable Internet in line ASAP. For each room.
How come you had non smokers at second level. We have to go through the smoking section fo get to the lobby and continental breakfast."
