Overview
Located about a 5-minute walk from the Bay of Fundy along Highway 1, the Dragonfly Inn (formerly a bed and breakfast) is geared towards road travellers who prefer a hotel with free Wi-Fi, extended kitchen amenities and easy access to the highway and waterfront.

Each of this smoke-free hotel's guest rooms and suites offers free Wi-Fi, cable TV, a coffeemaker, a mini-fridge, a microwave, a dining area and a private bathroom with a hair dryer. Rooms with a kitchenette are also available, as are wheelchair-accessible rooms.

The hotel also offers free parking, a deck, a hot tub and BBQ facilities. Pets are permitted for an additional $15 per pet, per night. 

Annapolis Royal's city centre is about a 2-minute walk from the hotel, while Annapolis Royal Historic Gardens are 4 minutes away by foot. The hotel's location was convenient for many lodgers, who often described it as beautiful and central, as well as close to downtown Annapolis Royal, the waterfront, restaurants and shopping. One patron called it a "Good starting point for activities in the region".

Numerous guests were pleased with their accommodations at the hotel. They described their rooms as clean, charming, comfortable and well equipped, with comfortable beds and linens and large bathrooms. A few travellers were disappointed with their lodgings, however (see below).

Several reviewers were pleased with the level of customer service they received during their stay. They characterized the staff as friendly, professional and helpful with suggestions and recommendations.
