"I requested a non-smoking room and desperately needed this for health reasons. The room we had was clearly a smoking room! You tried to mask the smell with cleaning agents but the room reeked of cigarette smell.
Very uncomfortable bed. We were truly disappointed and would welcome any kind of refund for our inconvenience."

"I really enjoyed the pool area and the restaurant staff were most attentive to meeting my needs, especially when I required room service & quite in order to prepare for my work the next day.
Wondering if there was any access to the internet so I could hook up my laptop & check my e-mail?
