"It's the little things which I notice. In the case of your hotel it was the use of plastic, individually wrapped glasses in the rooms, that I noticed. The world, and Nova Scotia in particular, are trying to move away wherever possible from the disposable society. Having reusable glasses in the rooms may be a small thing but it made a big impression on me."
