The restaurant was a source of praise for a few guests. They enjoyed the food and felt the customer service was efficient and friendly.
Although the majority of reviews regarding the rooms were negative, there were a few guests who felt the rooms were nice, clean and spacious. One reviewer mentioned that the rooms were newly renovated (review date February 4, 2013) and spoke favourably of the new enhancements.
While the majority of feedback regarding the beds were complaints, there were a couple guests who thought the beds were comfortable.

According to a few guests, the staff were rude and the customer service from all levels of staff was poor. One reviewer criticized the restaurant staff for being inefficient while another reviewer had difficulties getting a response on the phone while trying to make reservations and consequently booked at another hotel.
Guests found the AC units very loud and disruptive and also complained often about noisy neighbours.
