"The location was in a very industrial part of town. Not much going on and nothing to even look at save storage lockers.
It was hard to believe a hotel chain would have selected this site for an inn."

"We checked in after 5:00 P.M. and room was not ready. We ate dinner and returned later. Two dirty towels were discovered in with the clean towels. Some of the TV remote funtions didn,t work. One bar of soap in room, broken in half. My wife noticed sign on desk in room stating that a robe was being provided for our use and if we wanted one to take home the charge would be $65. There was no robe in the room and we notified the desk immediately so we wouldn,t be charged the $65. No big deal as we would not have used the robe anyway. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. This was the major concern. In the hotel,s defense, we understand that on this particular day the house cleaning staff was undermanned."

"The hotel staff was friendly, free movies (although I didn't get one) was a great idea, the room was big, bright, comfortable and clean. I felt that the price was excellent. However, I was surprised when I checked in this hotel that I was asked for a $50.00 deposit when I paid with my debit card. Then I was asked for a photocopy of a photo ID. To be perfectly honest...I was just a simple teacher in town for a conference. I felt like I will booking into Fort Knox. The photocopy of the ID really bothered me. In an age where identity theft is such a problem, this caused me great concern. I did ask for the copy when I left and recieved it. How many copies were made?? I don't know. I did use my credit card when I made my reservation, they have my home address and phone number, my vehicle information and a copy of my dirver's license. I felt I had to give out too much information to stay somewhere for one night. What I really didn't understand when I checked out was....I got the deposit back...and the copy of my driver's license...and no one checked the room to see if I had taken the TV. Who knows???
