"Mostly great service.
Two complaints:
1. I called Fri night (june 17) at 1:42 am to request a Sat wake up call at 9:40 am. That call came at 7:30 - They never changed it from Friday's time.
2. I was told I could be taken to the airport by a "SHUTTLE" at a predetermined time. I was then charged $15, which I had to pay for with America money. To my mind, hotel shuttles are always free. Otherwise, I would just get a taxi and leave on my own schedule. It was not good."

"Swimming pool and hot tub pool were excellent -- large and in spacious surroundings.
The continental breakfast was very good -- lots of stuff.
3 minute drive to downtown and harbour markets, etc.
Friendly staff answered questions about getting around town as well as about the room."

"We were so impressed with Holiday Inn after seeing all those cute commercials. Loved the thick towels and all the little extras (shower head was also great!) that made it so comfortable. The breakfast was yummy and this was a lovely hotel. We had stayed in numerous hotels on our 10 day family vacation through Bar Harbor, Halifax, Prince Edward then here and this hotel stands out as a great place to stay."

"Some parts of the hotel are still in repairs (pool) but it didn't make a difference for us. Breakfast is very good. We enjoy our stay."

"Even though the hotel was under construction it was kept clean. The room was renovated and the new amenities were lovely! Breakfast could have been a little better with a few more options though."
