Overview
This waterfront hotel is situated in downtown Saint John and is well located for guests looking to explore downtown attractions within a 6-minute walk. Offering 24-hour room service, an indoor pool and in-room marble bathroom fixtures, this property is well suited for travellers who prefer more upscale accommodations.

All rooms are smoke free and include a flat screen TV with pay-per-view movies, a work desk, a coffeemaker, marble bathroom fixtures, an iron and ironing board, a safe, a hair dryer and air conditioning. Microwaves are not available, but select suites have a mini-fridge, a jetted tub and/or a sofabed. Some rooms feature views of the Saint John Harbour. 

This hotel has wheelchair-accessible rooms. Pets are permitted in select rooms at no additional fee. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel for an additional fee of $13 per 24 hours. Wired Internet is available in some guest rooms for the same fee. However, guests staying in rooms and suites on the Executive Floor receive a free breakfast at the on-site restaurant and free Wi-Fi service.

The on-site York Bistro Pub serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Room service is also available 24 hours.

A couple of reviewers mentioned that during their stay, the TV was not working properly, and that there was some noise from a large group of youths staying at the hotel. However, both of these reviewers stayed at the hotel at the same time and perhaps these were isolated incidents.
