"Ran out of hot water afternoon of March 10th - seemed to be a large number of hockey teams etc staying, so perhaps system was overloaded. Huge crowd at desk when I went to ask about it.
Breakfast buffet was nice but food is cold !! Also the hot tub is only tepid at best . ."

"My last night at the hotel was somewhat frustrating. Somebody decided to throw a party that night until around 1:00 a.m. with loud music, people laughing probably dancing at the same time what do you expect?
I checked out before 5:00 a.m.to cath my flight back to Toronto, I had less than 2 hours sleep that night.
I stayed at rm.177. My nieghbour is in and out of the room slamming doors and talking so loud its impossible to get a sleep.
I survived so I guess its fine."

"The ventilation is very noisy and hard to adjust. Too hot or too cold.
There is no high-speed internet.
The shower head is a flimsy piece a plastic with reduced flow. You hardly feel the water reach your body.
The bedding should be replaced with a down or hollofil comforter and cotton sheets. No poly blend, no blankets and no vile flowery polyester bed spread.
And why does the decor at all Canadian hotels have to be so conservative, so bland, with pseudo period pieces and ugly colours like forest green and burgundy? Why use unsanitary carpet?
In general, a more environmentally-friendly approach should be taken, with more renewable or even recycled materials, windows that truly open, and a main switch for the entire room enabled by the card key. For lights to operate, the guest must leave the card key in the switch. When he/she leaves, he/she takes the card key with him/her and all the lights and the ventilation are turned off automatically."
