The Bad
There were a lot of complaints found online.

Many were displeased with their rooms. They wrote of small and mouldy bathrooms that had no ventilation, no counter space and had not been updated, uncomfortable beds, uncomfortable chip foam pillows, limited cable channels, bad odours in the room, difficulties controlling the temperature of the room, and rooms did not look like the pictures posted online.

Maintenance needed to be improved. Guests complained of doors that didn’t close, hallways that reeked of smoke, ineffective AC units, pool was dirty, poor carpets and lighting, broken toilet.

Guests offered mixed opinion of the restaurant. Some were not impressed with the restaurant, calling it dingy and uninspiring, with nasty bathrooms, and some said it had really good food and served an excellent supper menu.

Some felt that they had paid too much for the room given.

Noise disturbance came from neighbouring rooms, hallways, partiers, the pool area, the hotel’s laundry room which ran all night, AC units and from noisy plumbing sounds.
