Many guests praised the staff at this hotel. They were characterized as friendly, knowledgeable and efficient, and one guest stated they, "could not have been more accommodating and friendly right from the front desk staff, to the chamber maids, breakfast staff and parking lot security".
The hotel's location was a source of numerous compliments by reviewers. It was found to be within walking distance to several downtown restaurants and shops, close to the airport, grocery stores, and easy to find.
Several lodgers were pleased with their accommodations at this hotel. They described their rooms as clean, modern, spacious, well-equipped and well-designed, with comfortable beds and pillows, and nice views of the Petitcodiac River.
The Bad
While most of the reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were a couple of minor complaints among them, which included parking and noise transfer.
A few guests had complaints about the hotel's parking. They were disappointed that the parking fee ($12/night) wasn't included in the cost of the rooms, and also felt the parking lot was too small for the size of the hotel.
Noise disturbances were reported from a few of reviewers, who recounted hearing loud neighbours in adjacent rooms late at night. The in-room air conditioning units were also described as noisy by a couple of guests.
