"I don't think it's right that you jacked the hotel prices for the weekend of the Country Rocks the Hill concert. I did not feel the room was worth the price I paid, as well as the hassle of our toilet handle breaking and not getting any sort of rebate for the loss of the hour or two we spent without it."

"Although I was booked in for four days, I was given a room with no mini frig. or microwave as close as possible to the busy highway. The noise was compounded by 1,000 kids yelling and screeming in the halls, pools, etc. The so-called "fitness room" consists of two (always occupied) treadmills, and one stairmaster squeesed into a corner off the pool."
