The GoodThe majority of reviews consulted for this analysis were positive with much praise going to the hotel's staff, rooms, and location.
Most reviewers praised the staff service at this hotel. The staff were characterized as friendly and helpful, and the service as excellent and efficient. One guest mentioned that, "even though there was a large conference, the service was personalized", while another said the staff were "eager to make us feel welcome".
Several guests were pleased with their rooms and described them as modern, clean and spacious. It was also mentioned that the beds were comfortable and the Wi-Fi signal was reliable and fast. The hotel's amenities were also a source of compliments, most notably the indoor pool and waterslide, as well as the on-site Windjammer Restaurant.
The location of the Delta Beausejour was considered to be convenient by many lodgers, who described it as central, and within walking distance to many restaurants and pubs, shopping options, and the Moncton Market.
The Bad
While most of the reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were a few common complaints among them, which included noise transfer, and a lack of amenities in certain rooms.
Some guests complained about noise transfer within the hotel. They described hearing people on the street from street-facing rooms, as well as noise from guests in adjacent rooms. The pool area was also mentioned by a couple of guests as being crowded and noisy.
Although most lodgers were pleased with their rooms, there were a few complaints regarding the rooms' amenities. Guests were disappointed their rooms had no in-room coffeemakers, and some guest rooms did not include mini-fridges or bathtubs. It should be mentioned however that fridges and bathtubs are available in some rooms at this hotel.
