This hotel is situated in downtown Moncton, a 5-minute walk of Capitol Theatre, the Marche Moncton Market, restaurants and bars. Offering rooms with classic styling, recreational facilities and fine dining with 24-hour room service, this property is well suited for guests who prefer more upscale accommodations.

All rooms and suites are smoke free and include free Wi-Fi, free local calls, cable TV with pay-per-view movies and games, a coffeemaker, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer and individual climate control. Rooms are furnished with 1 or 2 queen beds or 1 king bed. Room extras include a mini-fridge, a microwave, a work desk with ergonomic chair, a sofabed, separate bedrooms, a children's themed room, a DVD player, bathrobes, nice city views and a double jacuzzi. Wheelchair-accessible rooms are available. 

Parking is available on site for an additional fee of $10 per day and valet parking is $13 per day. Metered parking is also available nearby, and free on evenings and weekends.  Pets are permitted in select rooms at no additional charge. The hotel offers a free airport shuttle that operates on demand and on a schedule.

Magnetic Hill, Magic Mountain Water Park and the Magnetic Hill Zoo are all under 15 minutes away by car.

The Good
Many guests described enjoyable experiences at this hotel in the reviews read for this analysis.

The staff were frequently complimented for their friendly, efficient and accommodating service. A couple of guests appreciated that this hotel permitted pets. One guest was impressed that the staff offered to care for their dogs while they were away from the hotel and said that the staff even walked their dogs.

The rooms were described as spacious, nicely decorated, clean, having comfortable beds and well appointed with amenities. A few returning guests noticed that the hotel had made upgrades to the rooms and some spoke of good views from the rooms facing Main Street.

Many reviewers found the hotel conveniently located for accessing downtown Moncton attractions, a supermarket, restaurants and bars on foot. 

The breakfast buffet at the on-site restaurant was praised by several guests for a quality selection and reasonable cost.

Many guests felt the hotel compared favourably with other hotels in the area which were more expensive. It offered good value, with reasonable rates and an array of on-site amenities.

There were very few common complaints for this hotel among the reviews read for this editorial.

Occasionally guests complained of noisy neighbours and the noisy ice machine making it hard to sleep.

A few complained of having to pay extra for parking and that the parking lot needed to be resurfaced.
