The Bad
Guests who did not completely like the Crowne Plaza Moncton Downtown made a familiar complaint: guests didn’t like the hotel’s parking.
Many guests described the parking garage at the property as run down. One guest said that it needed “TLC” while another guest called it “dirty.”
Multiple guests also said that the lighting was poor in the garage but the most frequent complaint about parking had to do with the fact that it just wasn’t free. For some guests the fee was a surprise at check in and many wished that it was just included in their room rates.
There were not too many other significant complaints about the property. However some guests did use the word “old” when describing the hotel or its amenities. In particular, multiple guests felt that the televisions in their rooms needed to be updated.
