Guests that liked the location of the hotel often mentioned that it was "close" to the Trans Canada Highway. Occasionally a guest also mentioned that the hotel was near the casino in Moncton.

The Bad
There were some guests that issued complaints pertaining to the hotel and one big reason was the breakfast service area. Numerous guests indicated that they were unhappy with it as one guest, for instance, said that the breakfast room was "cramped."
Another guest who echoed that concern said that "there (were) not enough chairs," while another guest said that the "small breakfast room" only had "seating for 4." Guests often to choose between standing and eating or taking food back to their rooms.
Some guests were disappointed that the hotel did not have an elevator. Climbing the stairs with luggage was "arduous" for one guest while another guest was concerned for his/her "older" parents.
