"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was very clean and the staff were friendly and attentive. I also apprciated having the microwave and the refridgerator in my room! Furthermore, they made my children feel very welcome as well. The only drawback for me was the poor set-up and lack of a system for serving their continental breakfast. It was very awkward to serve breakfast to my children, as there was insufficient space for eating. Furthermore, their food did not have a good layout and was very disorganized, nor was there a good selection! They desperately need to improve this area of their service. Overall, I would stay there again."

"We happen to be there when there was a very young hockey team staying there so the little rug rats were making a lot of noise.
They did have rules. Quiet times were from 10:00pm to 8:00am they were pretty wild before and after those times so if you had to sleep in forget. So make sure you don't go during any hockey torment .P.S Needs better pillows too and staff did do pretty good job At trying to keep them quiet"

"This may sound a little odd, but the alarm clock in the room was not user friendly. I know that if my parents had to stay in this hotel, they would not be able to use it."

"Very noisy at bedtime.
With regard to continental breakfast. Obviously 9:30 is too late to expect breakfast--the early bird gets the worms."

Anthony from Dorchester, NB CA stayed on October 09, 2005
"The room was dirty and the tv didn't work properly at all. There were no towels in the room and took several attempts to get them delivered to my room. The telephone buttoms stuck really bad, and the bed was very hard that in the morning I had a really sore back. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone!"

"When we lost power to our room,I went to tell the women at the front desk. I found that she was sort of rude. I work in retail and I have always been taught that the customer is always right, but maybe hotels are run differently."

"When I booked this room, 2 QUEEN beds were confirmed, but we got 2 DOUBLE beds. The girl at front desk was not helpful at all. I think I should get a discount"
