The Bad
Thoughts regarding the cleanliness of the Best Western Plus varied and several guests weren't impressed with the condition of their guest rooms. There were a few complaints regarding sub par cleaning in the guest rooms and bathrooms.
There was also a fair amount of complaints regarding the hotel's air and heating systems. Some guests could not raise or lower the air conditioning and heat in their rooms, which resulted in rooms that were either too chilly or too warm. While the hotel's heat and air systems were apparently replaced during the renovation, some guests felt that the units were noisy and created a disturbance.
