"SUGGESTIONS: Put glass tumblers (or plastic) in the rooms; Put a rack for the hand towel near the sink; Remove "quick dial" labels for the airlines - neither exists anymore; Provide a hotel map and restaurant menu in the room."

"Felt like Jail !!! Couldn't go anywhere at night without harrasment from the staff....I'd understand if i was being rude and making noise, but i wasnt... i was very disapointed"
