Many guests complimented the staff at this hotel. They described them as accommodating, professional, and helpful. One guest remarked they were "the friendliest staff I've encountered in 35 years of travelling."
The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms were a source of praise by several reviewers. The beds and pillows were described as very comfortable and the rooms "immaculate". A few guests mentioned they appreciated that the phone and TV remote were sterilized for each new guest.

"Great place to stay, not impressed with front desk staff"
"Overall, this was a great place to stay, my son had a great time. However, a couple of times that I called the front desk, they were both unsupportive (when we thought something might have been left in the restaraunt). I had an issue that someone wasnt picking up - the front desk said "well i cant help you I can transfer you again". I had no interest in speaking with the staff again at that point. When we come up again, this is honestly a concern, but the hotel itself was a nice place to reside for a weekend visit."

"a cute hotel with a nice hot tub, but bad room service"
"the room was really nice and very clean. we loved it. and i wasn't expecting the pool, hot tub and pool tables, so that was an added bonus, and really fun. the only problem i had was with room service. when i called, they put me on hold and forgot about me. so i called the front desk to order two orange juices and coffees. it was FOURTEEN DOLLARS!!! serious rip off. all in all, though, i would stay there again. i just wouldn't order room service."

"An excellent hotel. Beautiful courtyard accessible either from balcony or direct use.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Less pricey than some other hotels in the area, however, great value for money."

"Unfortunately, one of our bags was taken and ransacked. We're not sure if it was from the hotel itself or from our car. Our camera and some other items were stolen; the hotel was prompt in contacting me once the bag was found."

"I've been boasting about this hotel since I came home. We will certainly be staying with you in the near future. Although I was there on business, my next visit will be with our children who will absolutely love the courtyard area. Your staff went out of there way to make my short visit very pleasant. The staff serving us lunch (part of our course and private from the restaurant) were wonderful. Great job to administration for choosing the right people to represent your hotel.
I have only one comment - Has anyone ever complained about the mirrors in the ladies washrooms? They are god awful in reflecting your image. They make you look short and wide. I've never seen mirrors like that except for exhibitions. Just a little something you might want to keep in mind when you have to begin replacing them.
Thanks for a wonderful stay and by the way, the beds were extremely comfortable.

"I thought all the hotels in Fredericton were expensive and this was the least expensive of the chains and I'm leary of reserving a family motel/hotel before seeing what it really looks like. I changed hotels my second night in town. It is not located conviently to anything but the service and food was good."
