The Bad
While most of the reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were a few common complaints among them about the dated decor and the lack of pool cleanliness.

Several guests had complaints about the condition of the hotel's decor and fixtures. The negative comments regarding the hotels condition often appeared occasionally and included: musty smell in halls, no ventilation in the bathroom, rusty fixtures in the bathroom, no HD channels for the flat screen TV, thin walls, holes in the walls, wallpaper hanging, bathroom and shower in need of renovation, room dark and dingy, ants in the room and bed, and rooms are gross and run down. One guest's opinion was, "This hotel has not been maintained."

Occasionally in the reviews, guests complained about the pool or hot tub being dirty.

A small number of guests in the reviews complained of having to sign into the Internet repeatedly and it being weak and slow, and dropping all the time.
