"A positive experience. Clean and reasonably priced. An excellent continental breakfast was included. (one of the best I've experienced) Not an overly fancy hotel but good and clean, well worth the price."

"Very comfortable, clean and convenient hotel. Good parking.
One negative - the breakfast room is not large enough to handle the guests. Many had to wait for tables at 7:30 am. So I went elsewhere for breakfast."

"I was mostly satisfied with the cleanliness of the room, but staff should check the coffee perculator daily. I made coffee one morning and the next morning found that the coffee filter from the day before had not been discarded nor had the carafe been cleaned."

"The single problem we had at this hotel was the arrival of a bus tour. People from this bus were placed in the room adjacent to ours. They attempted to open our door, they attempted to open the adjoining room door and were generally loud and obnoxious. They rose early, 5:45 AM and began conversing in a very loud foreign language. This went on for 45 minutes before they finally left. They woke us up and apparently had no regard for any other guests. We were not pleased with this at all. The hotel, room, etc. were fine but this issue put a bit of a damper on the stay."

"I wish we would have stayed there during the previous visits to Fredericton when our daughter was going to university as very good value for your money, nice room and especially the two tvs and coach,eating area....very convenient to shopping,etc.
The only problem we found was the noise.....We were on the 2nd floor and found the walls "thin" Could hear the plumbing above and people next door talking....couldnt get over that...other then that the hotel is great....enjoyed the continental breakfast and thought the internet was also a good idea(even though we never used it)."

"The DVD player ws not hocked up in our room. once hooked up it wouldn't play the DVD from the machine downstairs. When I mentioned this as we checked out there didn't seem to be much response. Also, the inn has a plan if you stay 10 you get 1 night free. I only heard about this from a friend so asked about it. I usually stay at the inn twice a year for a conference in fredericton, so I have likely had 5 nights that could have counted toward that. I asked why they didn't tell the guest and the response was that they should do so. That doesn't help me get my 5 days counted toward it however. Otherwise, good stay."
