Overview
The Lakeview Inn & Suites is located on Prospect Street in Fredericton, New Brunswick, near the Fredericton Bypass which easily connects to the Trans Canada Highway. The hotel is a short walk from Odell Park, about 17kms from the Fredericton International Airport (YFC), and about 5kms from downtown Fredericton.

The University of New Brunswick is also a reasonably short drive of about 5kms (all distances: Google Maps).

Hotel services include free high speed wireless Internet, free deluxe continental breakfast, free movies, free local calls, free parking, and free morning newspapers.
