The GoodThe majority of reviews consulted for this analysis were positive with much praise going to the hotel's location, rooms, and staff.
Several reviewers praised the location of the hotel, characterizing it as close to everything, and "within walking distance to all attractions". The hotel was also complimented for its views of St. John River and for being near biking/hiking trails such as the Old Train Bridge Trail (roughly a 15-minute walk from the hotel).
The rooms were the source of several compliments by guests, who described them as quiet, spacious, and spotless. The beds were also deemed very comfortable by some reviewers.
Many guests were pleased with the staff and the service they provided at the hotel. They described them as capable, helpful, having great suggestions, and that they "made you feel at home".
